Party Packages
Private Party - $1500
Enjoy exclusive access to our entire facility for a private celebration.
Non-Private Party - $399
Host your party while our facility remains open to the public, with access to a dedicated party room for 2 hours.
Weekday Party - $299
Special pricing is available Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays) for a memorable weekday celebration.
What's Included in Every Party
Each party package at Kidz City, LLC is designed to create lasting memories:
- Duration: 2 hours for up to 12 kids and 24 adults
- Additional Guests: $15 per additional child (up to 20 kids), $7.50 for 21 kids and more
- Dedicated Host: Enjoy the guidance of a dedicated party host throughout your event
- Food and Refreshments: Indulge in 2 large 14” pizzas and juice boxes or bottle water for the kids
- Party Essentials: Paper goods, utensils, balloons (choose two colors), and a Happy Birthday sign
- Special Treats: Free play pass and a Kidz City, LLC Signature Chocolate box for the birthday child
- Invitations: Enter your details and download free party invitations from our website
- Customization: Elevate your party with customized options, including cakes, balloons, photography, characters, face painting, and personalized banners and labels (additional charges apply)
Party Guidelines
Note:
- Outside pizza and drinks, including water, are not permitted (other food items are allowed)
- Customized parties can be tailored to your preferences—contact us to discuss your dream celebration!
After-Party Policy
Guests are kindly requested to exit the party room promptly at the end of the party. Kids can stay-and-play after the scheduled event time if capacity is allowed.

- Balloon Decorations: Add flair with balloon columns, garlands, or larger installations ranging from $100 to $300.
- Candy or Snack Table: Treat your guests with a variety of candies and snacks beautifully displayed for $65.
- Cotton Candy and Popcorn Carts: Delight both kids and adults with our cotton candy and popcorn carts, operated by Kidz City, LLC staff, for $65 each.
- Face Painting: Add fun with face painting services available for $150.
- Goody Bags: Send your guests home with bubbles, stickers, and a small toy for $7 each.

Party Rules
Ensure a smooth and enjoyable celebration with these important guidelines:
- No Confetti: Refrain from using confetti in the party rooms.
- Arrival Time: You may arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time.
- No Walk-in Parties: All parties must be booked in advance; we do not accommodate walk-in parties.
- Vendor Policy: Outside vendors are not permitted.
- Reservation Requirements: Additional time and add-ons must be reserved in advance.
- Concessions: Concession stands are operated exclusively by Kidz City, LLC staff.
- Food Policy: Outside, pizza and drinks are prohibited; other food items like chicken tenders, wings, and cheese are allowed. Note that we are a nut-free facility.
- Extended Play: You and your guests are allowed to stay longer during regular open play hours.
- Deposit and Fees: A non-refundable deposit of $150/$200 (for private parties) is required at booking. A $75 clean-up fee may apply for large quantities of outside food left uncleared.
- Supervision: An adult must accompany and supervise every child during birthday parties and private events. Kidz City, LLC assumes no responsibility for unsupervised children present at a private party held on our premises.
