- Have a theme? Drop off your décor 2+ days before your event and we’ll help with setup. Or you can bring in your vendor.

After-Party Policy
Guests are kindly requested to exit the party room promptly at the end of the party. Kids can stay-and-play after the scheduled event time if capacity allows.

Party Rules
Ensure a smooth and enjoyable celebration with these important guidelines:
- Deposit and Fees: A non-refundable deposit of $200 & 50% (for private parties) is required at booking. A $75 clean-up fee apply for large quantities of outside food brought in.
- No Confetti: Refrain from using confetti in the party rooms. $250 fee will be charged if used.
- Additional birthday child: $75 (Except Twins)
- Arrival Time: You may arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time.
- No Walk-in Parties: All parties must be booked in advance; we do not accommodate walk-in parties.
- Vendor Policy: Must give us a call us if using outside vendors.
- Reservation Requirements: Additional time and add-ons must be reserved in advance.
- Concessions: Concession stands are operated exclusively by Kidz City, LLC staff.
- Food Policy: Outside, pizza and drinks are not allowed. You can bring other food items like chicken tenders, wings, and Mac n cheese, etc but you must clean up the food. Note: A $75 fee will be applied if food is left behind.
- Extended Play: You and your guests are allowed to stay longer during regular open play hours if capacity allows.
- Supervision: An adult must accompany and supervise each child during parties and events. Kidz City, LLC is not responsible for unsupervised children.
